It wasn’t a bug. It was an intended feature. Purple engrams didn’t give you purple items, they just gave you a much higher chance (albeit not a huge one) than blue engrams to get a purple item.

In the grand scheme of things I found Fallout 4’s release date to be fairly close for something we had no idea about. In the age of information its ridiculous if something gets that close to release without someone leaking it.

Considering it was the first time PC has gotten it’s own presentation, I think it did admirably. Rough around the edges, but a learning experience for those involved. I’m looking forward to next year.
