I'm not sure how many people have already mentioned this, but Governor Chris Gregoire is a woman. There's some corrections tag or something, right? Please excuse my noobishness — I read comments far more often than I post them.

It's neither Mt St Helens nor Mt Rainier; I'm having trouble tracking it down myself. It doesn't look like any of the mountains that lie between Seattle and Eugene, but that central peak really does look volcanic, and so do some of the other features in the background. That's definitely not Mt St Helens, nor is it Mt Rainier. I'll poke around and see what I can find. My first guess is, those are probably north-north-east of Seattle; they don't look like the section of the Cascades that split the state up the middle.
