Yes, as in not viable.  That is at the discretion of the trained recycler, not me.  The trained recyclers in my area do not take glass because it is not economically viable.  And this is in an area that does single stream; they throw out the glass.

Unless you live in Atlanta where the waste companies no longer even take glass because there are no recycling plants locally.  All of our glass now goes straight into the trash.  

No one in my area takes glass.

I don’t believe glass is considered recycle-able, anymore, viably speaking.
