Also, the meaning of "old bag," slang for an unattractive older woman, is the post-menopausal atrophy of the uterus. So, you know, she's repulsive and scorned because she's no longer fertile and fuckable. Unlike the other option, who is both "skinny and stacked," which suggests a certain rare body type or a dieter…

@Awry: Yikes! I am a bit shocked that that was still happening in '76. For my grandmother it was the 90 some years ago.
