Hopefully Paul Rudd pops in for one last Mac and Me clip

Someone should just make him an offer to direct an adaptation of, like 100 Bullets, not tell him it’s based off a comic, and see if he bites.

who you might recognize from Spider-Man: Far From Home and Miley Cyrus’ Black Mirror episode

You’re putting words in my mouth: I didn’t say I thought they were both equally unacceptable. Clearly, a microaggression against a black woman by a white person (in this case, a woman, actually) carries an entirely different weight than a microaggression by a black woman against a white man. But two things can be

Okay, maybe I just have to accept that we won’t see eye-to-eye on this, so I’ll leave this as my final thought: to me, I think the easiest way to convince others to treat others equally is to treat others equally. The best way to make it clear that being negative about someone else because of some demographic

Did you read this? I just can't believe you read this and that was your take away.

Ah yes. Piers Morgan truly has the right to act huffy because someone made “personal attacks” against him. I cannot understand where someone would get the idea that such behavior was acceptable on his show!

I saw your first line and was like, “Ah, a fellow pervert. You and I are a lot alike.” I’ve been thinking of writing an article espousing the benefits of ESDF.

So I was at uni at the time this came out and was really pumped for it after having really enjoyed the first one in in high school. But I remember coming away from it disappointed. It was so fucking dull and joyless.

I’m in, so long as it’s a hard sci-fi reboot.

It depends on the movie. I’ve got a good projector and surround sound setup so I don’t feel like I’m missing any part of the experience on that front, but some films are just built to feed off the energy of a full audience (horror and comedies in particular) that lose something at home.

As someone pointed out to me when I made the same argument:

Tjahjanto’s involvement makes me a lot more interested in this than I would be otherwise but I really wish he'd get on the sequel to The Night Comes For Us

Wow, it’s almost like you know literally nothing about Scorsese’s efforts to preserve and distribute foreign films and those made by PoC, and have completely misunderstood his point!

This brings to mind Shoot ‘Em Up, which I think never got the appreciation it deserved. Maybe it was just ahead of its time.

The third season is easily the best season. It really benefits from showing you the casual injustices that happen everyday. Also, I'm from Cleveland, so that added to my interests, but it really is quite good.

News of the future:

Master & Commander is basically the Cannibal Corpse of sound design.

I am very, super, anti-getting rich. I think it’s deplorable to be getting rich and everybody who gets rich needs to think long and hard about what they are doing!!

Breaking news: Perd Hapley from Parks and Recreation has announced the founding of “Perdler.” Quoting from the announcement: “The purpose of creation of this platform is the reason that the platform was created.”
