If this wasn’t specific to the sci-fi/fantasy/close enough to either genre I would’ve expected Be Cool’s Elliot Wilhelm to be high on the list. After all, Elmore Leonard used The Rock as inspiration for the character.

They should have a show where they just watch the other shows.
