I bailed on this show about halfway through. I’m sure it’s great but my tolerance for watching people make shitty decisions is extremely low.

I definitely agree with this, a lot will have to come from within. Raising confident black daughters, and raising sons to appreciate their own AND their sisters’ blackness.
