Here’s the thing, Seattle is liberal...in a wealthy or wannabe wealthy, way. It is the White, North Face & Lululemon wearing, socially progressive- but don’t touch my money, kinda green, foodie, techie & bougie city.

Not wiser, but some of us have had traumatizing experiences that made STD/STI prevention significantly more important to us, apparently.
I apologise for my tone; it is not directed at you, but at the many I have had a similar discussion with in the past.
You don’t get it and perhaps you never will. You conflate sex with gender as if it doesn’t matter.
Ok, not addressing the article so much as the butthurt in the comments.
“Female” specifically means the sex that can produce eggs/ bear offspring. It is a definition rooted in biology. What term would you use instead?
Well, the problem for me is that inclusive language typically means changing something that is acutely biological (being female, being pregnant, giving birth) and adjusting it to a gender performance.
Thank you!
Thank you. It sounds like something I would enjoy- apart from pics of actual houses. That is callous and really fucked up to me. A house is a huge personal investment - your house appearing on a bad design website after you own it would suck hard.
I grew up in Southern California & now live in the Seattle area. Where I come from million dollar houses are a dime a dozen. The cost is reflective of the popularity of area and the people who own them are working professionals or small business owners. They work & get a paycheck. They aren’t living off of…
Eh, McMansion hate is so lowbrow. So I guess the truly wealthy with estates and grand homes designed by notable architects get a pass though. Sure, they have more than they need but they are beautiful and well done. McMansions are often semi-custom tract homes - they aren’t purchased by wealthy people or people who…
We own because it is a better financial investment in the long run, but we sure didn’t pick this 50+ yr old house based on aesthetics.
Still depends on your market. The area I’m in is crazy. There is no space for a true McMansion, but people on older lots are subdividing & cashing in. Developers are building fast and crappy on the new lots- postage size yard and max sq feet.
I prefer a series of photos....from soft to hard.
While in highschool in the early 90s; me and my teammates we’re at an out of town competition and decided to use our down time to pick up a Playgirl. Well, we were in SF and ended up with a Playguy. Plenty of dick, but too many assholes. Very hairy assholes.
Eh, no dog in this fight. Zillow is a monster. She makes a living making fun of folks’ houses. She is probably hilarious because there are a ton of hideous houses out there- that said, having gone house shopping...in my market you buy whatever you can afford that has a decent commute time & the space you need. …
Well, I’ve seen maybe 2 episodes of this show & I won’t miss it. Seemed to be based off of desperation and alcohol. I found it depressing.
The movie was good and it’s Berry’s best role to date. That said, her performance wavered between raw/real and melodramatic. Remember Losing Isaiah? HB is a beautiful woman who was rewarded for playing ugly - her character was a piece of work.
Chinese crested - freaking ugliest dog breed ever! They scare me...
I get why career politicians might support this bill. I do not get why so many middle class Americans have been on the internet today supporting this shit. They are basically more concerned with saying “fuck you” to possibly helping their neighbor than doing something better for the country as a whole.
