I have taken metformin and I didn't see any changes. All the symptoms stayed exactly the same. Actually, I have that problem with my testosterone levels as well. Even if it's held down to a 'normal' amount there is no change whatseover in the symptoms so I don't really know why I should bother when it stays the same.

Same here. I know what I have to eat in theory but I just don't manage. Any tips? (well, in theory means no carbs no sugar but I'm just stumped on what to eat in a culture heavily relying on carbs)

I used Crystal Lite when I lived in the US to wean myself off but I don't really know why I assumed it was a better option. However, where I live CL or something comparable doesn't exist which on second thought is interesting.

The problem is that when feminism is something marketed it's linking its arms with capitalism, which most feminists worth her salt are pretty critical of.
