Did I miss it or Street Fighter V still being a featureless disaster is not on the list?

Yeah, both company has hinted incremental upgrades oppose to generation jump which makes the whole having the most “raw power” an even more stupid argument as time goes on.
Sony will likely one up the Scorpio a month or so before or after release. They have too much time before it comes out to react to it’s release. And then it will begin again. I honestly don;t think we will see Playstation 5. I thinkwe will just get “Playstations” of differing power from now on, based on the same…
Good take, I would quibble a bit in that I personally don’t get the impression Sony is remaining, or has been nervous at all these past 3 years. To your point at the beginning, they have been riding a wave of good will and great numbers sold that has many proclaiming them as having already won this generations…
But they Pro will most likely get a big price drop by next year which means it will sell at 299,- or so which will seem much more appealing with games like God Of War, the new Uncharted or Horizon and Days Gone releasing.
The Scorpio isn’t even 50% faster in raw power which is the same gap we gave between X1 and PS4...meaning it won’t matter much at all.
Now, for those whom care about raw power, Scorpio will smoke it and likely by a large margin.
Yes it is possible. Microsoft could do what they did for years and what everyone else other then Nintendo does, sell at a loss, build up marketshare and make the money on the games. Microsoft is better suited then any of the big three to do this and wouldn’t it cause a fatal injury.
But it is NOT possible for the Scorpio to be that powerful and be that cheap. They are talking about GTX1080 levels of power, and that gpu even for someone like Microsoft would still be 300+ per unit. Add in the costs of all of the other components, design, shipping and marketing, and you’re at at least $600.
Or maybe it’s a two-step plan. Get the jump on MS by getting the first upgraded console out, then time an ouncement for the next PS4 upgrade to happen shortly before the Scorpio. This version could come out a year after the Scorpio and have significantly better specs than it.
Dedicated handheld consoles have taken some beatings over the years—thanks, Steve Jobs—but as 2016 comes to a close,…
A couple weeks ago, Playdead removed Denuvo’s anti-piracy tech from the Steam version of Inside. They did so in…
It’s crazy remembering that this is a real thing that we’ll be playing soon, and not just some mythical hypothetical object from the future. Guess that’s what happens when you launch early in the year.
Oh geez. I’m sure the digital copies don’t make up that difference at all either. I wonder if it’s because of the drastic changes to combat?
I would kill to have the dash and XBox live from ten years ago on XBox One, it was SO much better. I miss the four screen color coded snappy quick interface and intuitive marketplace.
It has nothing to do with being scared of the internet.
The levels are set up like a standalone release Mario game, and each level has secrets and “achievements” to earn.
For me they do, it’s like a new Mario game. I’m really enjoying it so far.
Yep. This game is everything I need it for. And I really look forward to the 100 official levels.
Well I already have the Wii U version, so anything to make this one different makes it a more attractive purchase.
