Such a good looking ship.
Such a good looking ship.
The Circle is Now Complete.
I said it is okay man. Just drop the anger. It is fine. I honestly don’t care. You have way too much anger towards a video game company that I do not need to set off. You might end up hurting someone because of it, so just chill. If you need to hear that you are right, then I concede. You are correct. Nintendo will…
It is okay man. You were called out by a lot of people and are now back pedaling your nutty comment. We get it. Nintendo touched you inappropriately as a child. You should seek help. This is unhealthy anger.
Lol. What makes this even funnier is that you actually believe this.
Every generation of new Nintendo hardware has prompted this same comment since the SNES. It might happen one day, but I’ve heard it so many times, It’s hard not to chuckle. The same has happened with the PC gaming market. It’s always dead or dying, blah blah blah...
Based on the mock ups posted in the Kotaku article of this subject? Probably not. Based off the concept of a console/handheld hybrid? Heck yes!
You realize that Nintendo has enough money in the bank to pull a WiiU for like 20 console generations straight before they’re in trouble, right?
Sounds like you have a chip on your shoulder.
Sd cards(aka cartridges) are freaking tiny nowadays, they are in your phone and those tablets you are talking about. Jeez, don’t you work for a tech blog, this seems like it should be basic knowledge for getting the job. My 7 year old kid knows that.
I’ve never really played Nintendo games for the graphics, so that’s pretty unimportant to me in the scheme of things. As long as the gameplay stays as innovative and engaging as it’s always been, I’ll keep buying their stuff. Easy as that.
Came here to say exactally this. I think they are heavily hinting at some kind of experimental hybrid Kilngon/Starfleet Alliance like right after the Khitomer accords. The design cues in the ship are very reminiscent of the more flat sweeping lines and Nacelles of the Klingon or Romulan Empires.
And here we see why we had to go 10 years without a new Star Trek series. Once someone finally gets the balls and backing to make one, the fans endlessly complain about every little thing.
Actually, I just found an illustration that labels the ‘intake vents’ as actually being heat exhausts... probably because the main engine on the ship relies on technology that requires no air intake regardless of the surrounding atmosphere, or lack thereof.
Also clearly shown flying in atmosphere in every movie that it’s in.
As we’ve seen, getting off-planet - or at least away from port - VERY quickly could be very important to Han & Chewie.
Actually the idea of a space-tug being horrendously overpowered when it’s only moving its own mass, and therefore being a very formidable ship indeed, isn’t unheard of. I think one of the Foundation novels or tie-in series had a protagonist that zipped around in a souped-up (armed) tugboat, purely for reasons of speed…
so the MF is a.... tugboat...
Figures: I bought a PS4 today because I realized just how close this game is to coming out and how interested I am in it*, and now it’s going to get delayed again. STOP DELAYING THE GAME, JASON.
As long as it isn’t green with white veins, doesn’t smell like the inside of the garbage disposal/garbage bag after you got back from vacation, or hasn’t inflated/burst its packaging or sucked itself into a shriveled pit, its usually good.
