I desperately want a remastered Assassin’s Creed 2. Heck, a resmaster Ezio’s trilogy would be great, but AC2 especially.

I'm going to need context... and video... as to how you found out about that. It doesn't seem like something that would come up in conversation much.
Now we need Super Mario All Stars with Rayman origins/legends style high res artwork.
I wonder if we’ll get to a point where backwards compatibility is financially feasible again. That was solve a lot of this.
I figured it was just artistic license, but that is pretty interesting. I remember the trip down from the lighthouse at the beginning of the first game but it didn’t occur to me that there was no real structure holding it up
I mean specifically this-gen to last-gen.
I remember spending my hard earned birthday gift card to get the first bioshock a few days after it was released. I was blown away by it, and think it's one of the best games of the last generation. The second one couldn't compare to it, and I never played the third one :(
And what did I guy this past weekend ? That’s right, digital copies of all these games on last gen consoles. I should have known better.
F the haters, I thought it was great from start to finish. Best FPS I’ve played in a long time. only one that came close since Bioshock:Infinite was “Wolfenstein: The New Order”.
Apparently 2K have said they want to continue the BioShock IP, but even if they don’t I’m happy with what we’ve got. The three BioShock games we got form a lovely closed system from a narrative standpoint; it’s tidy, it’s satisfying. That said, the BioShock series can do practically anything at this point, and I’d be…
There was hate for Infinite?
I think the problem with Bioshock 2 is that the original (at the time) set such a high bar for setting, atmosphere and story that the second one- in spite of its strengths- felt like something of a pale imitation. It also doesn’t help that what should have a massive change to the gameplay (playing as a Big Daddy) was…
Trying to make a point about greed while stealing is about as effective as Batman teaching criminals a lesson by murdering them.
Considering last-gen remasters date back to the Microcomputer era, started showing up on consoles in the NES era*, and that they’ve persistently existed on every single platform ever since, don’t get your hopes up for them ever not existing.
Why not both? It’s not like they’re from the same studio, so neither is stealing resources from the other.
Hopefully they listen to all the complaints of how it made things look bad when physics were capped at 15fps for the first two games, and just cap everything to 15fps.
I always loved the ending, I really enjoyed how it tied into the first two games. That being said I do admit to being a bit disheartened by the fact that trailers showed stuff we never got to play, but I do like how even that ties into the narrative.
Give me, give me, give me!
Although last-gen remasters are getting tiresome, I would buy a remastered Bioshock Infinite in a heartbeat, as it’s the one I’ve been waiting for. I might even... *gasp* ...preorder!*
