And Kevan referred to him as “Clegane” or something along the lines of “look what Qyburn’s done to Clegane”

And Qyburn calls him “Ser Gregor” to his little birds.

Cersei calls him “The Mountain” an episode or 2 ago.

I guess it depends on where a show that, in all its iterations, kicks off with the near-total genocide of the human race sits in your fun zone.

Your comment actually made me throw up in my mouth. Reimagined BSG was the first time science fiction tried to be adult on television. People like you are what keep science fiction from growing up. “Fun.” Please. Science fiction’s been kid’s stuff for far too long.

Where as I can understand your regards towards BSG 2.0 somber edition. vs BSG 1.0 the 70's

Yeah, what we need is a happy film about genocide!

Otoh... there are jobs that must be taken that seriously regardless of the innocent-seeming context. My father had a story he told me recently about when he was an officer in the Air Force inspecting nuclear missile silos. The short of it is that he got tackled and held at gun point once when his badge fell off in the

I love this post. I think you hit the nail on the head. Its not just that we know the outcome of the story, in the prequels we know the outcome of the characters. That said it can be interesting e.g. a murder mystery where the outcome is at the beginning and we work backwards to find the why, but that was not the

exactly, honestly its weird because on one hand we know the rebellion over throws the empire (at least short term) so the danger of A New Hope is kind of sucked out.

That is pretty!

I guess it remains to be seen, but I wonder if it’s mainly the general audience that has a problem with Rogue One, because as a life-long Star Wars fan, that trailer seemed almost perfect to me.

I was a bit sceptical about Rogue One (although I liked the trailer) after having seen Godzilla. So, I imagine that the rumors could be true.

A space battle by Edwards if he did it like he did stuff in Godzilla:
-Both parties get their ships in position.
-A cut to somewhere completely uninteresting and unimportant.
-Show

Don’t feel bad. I recently saw The Black Hole for the first time and the robots are awesome in their own lame way. Besides, Maximillian could kick any droid’s ass except for R2 and IG-88.

Barry stopped himself from saving her in season 1 so Flashpoint did not happen. THIS time... Full on Flashpoint. I think they might use it to bring Supergirl into the Arrowverse.

The thing I think disappoints me the most about the series is that they really found a cast who could carry the torch. Chris Pine does a pretty damn good Kirk, Zachary Quinto is a solid Spock, Karl Urban is fantastic in everything, and a great young bones.

Sleepy Hollow. Good lord, Sleepy Hollow (see also, further descent from S2 to S3).

Discussion over.

I’m going to say that the end was mandated to provide access to Supergirl. Because while they weren’t sure the CW would get her they were pretty sure.

I think Sleepy Hollow is the clear winner here. I fucking loved that shoe its first season, but I struggled to make it even 3/4 of the way through the second one. It was for sure the biggest drop in quality I’ve ever witnessed.
