Yeah, I think Disney made a great decision when they outsourced the individual game modules out to experienced developers while they concentrated on the building tools. It made a HUGE difference.

I was surprised how much better Infinity 3.0 was. Everything was polished and refined. I agree that they are among the better Star Wars games. I think most people don’t give them a chance because of the Disney style or the insane cost associated with getting the characters, costumes and ships you want.

100% agree that 2.0 is garbage. 3.0 is a vast improvement across the board. If you generally don’t like the overall mechanics of the game 3.0 won’t really change that, but I’d recommend giving it a second look maybe if you can get it on a marked down price.

Sometimes its way too jarring. Once you know its a minuature, or if you pay lots of attention to detail, you can’t unsee it and the illusion is ruined.

They’re not stupid and generic (except if you consider that they set their own standard), and the cap in particular tends to address some serious issued but this is at its core an action movie, it can tackle some serious stuff, but it will resolve it through fist by definition.
