You’re absolutely right that they won’t get there. Instead, they’ll clean house in January 2019, reset the entire roster in February 2019 and toss out every single draft pick from the 2016-2018 tanking project.

Just to finish the thought, I think the Browns will get a veteran starter...but it’ll be somebody like Sam Bradford or Tyrod Taylor or whatever - a guy with some past success, but who has a small enough price tag that they can easily dump him overboard without much regret/long-term consequences.

The Browns have an estimated $110 million in cap space, per overthecap.com. They also have two of the top four picks in the upcoming draft (Nos. 1 and 4), and even if they use one of those selections on a QB like Sam Darnold, Josh Rosen, Josh Allen, or Baker Mayfield, they still could be players for a veteran starter

I’d like to see a 50,000 foot view to outline the strategic priorities.

I think there are only two possible outcomes here:

Yeah, the Millennial age band is ridiculous. It supposedly extends from people born in the early 80's all the way to the early 2000's. Which is a crazy way to differentiate given how much change there was in that era. I’ve actually seen a lot of researchers actually breaking Millennials into two separate groups, with

Who’s calling them a world-beater?

No, it’s not time to worry.

Nice to see that England has the same “rich people with expensive lawyers get lighter sentences” system that we have here in the US.

Yeah you shouldn’t need a card to avoid being sent Straight to Jail, Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200.

If you show up to a restaurant and exclusively get a glass of water, you should at least toss a couple bucks on the table and/or have a friend who is eating put a larger-than-usual tip on his check to make up for you.
