They say “No demons were harmed during the filming of this series” but I dunno...

The device we see him printing out in his memory is - Ford. He even says “I brought something here” just prior to the flashback.

“Pacific Rim figures better than the movie they were in”

Yeah, if one was starting completely fresh that order makes more sense, I was proffering the strict chronological order though under the assumption that anyone reading this all is at least up to date with the show already!

Or my body? That’s it........Easter’s cancelled!

Sam Huntington not Wil Wheaton.

Killjoys in particular also feels a lot smaller because they don’t seem to have the budget for a ton of exterior shots. It’s amazing what they can do with service corridors these days, but it’s clear they can’t manage stuff like the outdoor scenes in New York.

Add to that, it seems like they’re more in a “make things

Neither are as good as The Expanse, for me, but I definitely agree that they’re great.

It helps that it’s based on excellent source material instead being made up on the fly.

Honestly, I’d say it beats Battlestar . . . mostly because we know the creators aren’t making it up as they go and just throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks.
Part of what I think is great about The Expanse is that they actually account for real physics in space. There are vanishingly few science fiction shows

A better way to put it might be ‘best space drama since Battlestar Galactica’ although there unfortunately hasn’t been much competition for that title over the last decade, either.

I might chip in for “Enlisted.”

Great. Now every airplane banner company in the world has been booked solid by Firefly fans.

In the age of quality shows getting canceled and immediately picked up by someone else, this feels appropriate:

S-G has to go down. All he cared about was that he was off the hook for Errinwright’s war, and in that moment I actually had to agree with Errinwright. S-G is both a coward and an opportunist, but Anna sees the truth of it, now, and has an ally in Aveserala.

S-G is spineless - he totally would agree with a janitor if he spoke to one last - and Earth deserves better.

When I finally saw Casablanca it felt like the whole movie was parody.

I was never a huge movie buff, but I've recently been watching more classic films. I'm surprised by how many Simpsons references are in these movies
