Haha. Love it!

A bit of context is important as Hong Kong Disneyland is rather incidental in the grand scheme of things in HK. The actions taken are as follows.

Both. As in they were serious but the setting itself has many absurd elements. The aesthetic is similar but the game mechanics are completely different from the “modern” first person Fallout games.

Haha. No thanks. :)

What kind of delivery sushi are you eating?!? ;)

Fair. Even in the books he is the least characteristic of the protagonists. However, it would be a pretty big departure from the books if he wasn’t around.

The show is based on the books.

Spoilers below...

Bobbie does become part of the crew, but we’re not there yet in TV show time.

He’s one of the 4-6 protagonists in the books and show so it might be hard to just write him out. Jim, Naomi, Amos and Alex are the original crew. Bobbie counts as number five.

Agreed 100%. It fit the covers, and it fits now. So timeless.

Once past the original trilogy, the books seem to a bit more character-centric, and as mentioned more women characters, especially in Prelude if memory serves.

The prequels have women, but IMHO Mr. Asimov was never that good at writing them. He also freely admitted that romance wasn’t really his thing.

So very, very weird.

Haha ouch. Yes that is true.

The keels and wing spars are likely to be original. :)

Mr. Wright would be 150 next year, but yes. ;)

The Tu-95 Bear has similar stories of pilots from multiple generations.

It wouldn’t be cheaper. You’d have to start from the tooling and build the entire production line up. If you’re going to all that trouble, you might as well design a brand new aircraft, or convert an aircraft still in production. The 767 comes to mind.

Wooden ships have this problem with being made of wood. Unless maintenance is rather comprehensive, wood tends to have a limited lifespan when immersed in water. Probably worse than metal fatigue.

It can be an effort initially, but subtitles are a bit of a learned skill. They become easier the more you use them.
