Living “comfortably” probably means the ability to rent your own apartment (but not the nicest ones), being able to have luxuries, and not living paycheck-to-paycheck. I agree with the numbers above for the DC area.

Honestly? In a high COL area, living by yourself is a luxury. Having roommates or renting out a room is

While I’ve definitely heard several stories from people about similar experiences, I think it depends on the store and the local management. I’ve shopped at various locations in Northern VA (a highly affluent area), and I’ve never witnessed or experienced anything like that (I’m on the higher end of the sizes too).

The

I am greatly surprised to see how they got an actor to play Jonathon Randall who has Tobias' eyes. I don't remember much about the books, but a wiki entry is telling me that the brothers are supposed to look eerily alike. Apparently, it freaks out Jamie/Claire.

That seems highly unlikely that all of the season tickets will be sold and there will be no chance for single ticketholders to buy a ticket. Now, you may not be able to get the best seat in the house if you’re not a season holder.

If it’s the first run tour, I think it will be very equivalent to the Broadway run. They

That’s weird. I’ve looked at season ticket policies around our local theaters and it usually applies to the season. They must have priority to previous season ticket holders first. Do they really expect the season tickets to be sold out to newcomers? (Thus assuring that regular ticketholders don't even get a chance at

For clarification, the Burr descendent is not a direct descendent of Aaron, but of his brother. I don't know about the Hamilton ones since he had so many kids.

If you are good at planning in advance (is it like 6 or 12 months now?) and somewhat lucky, you can catch the right time and buy the tickets at face value when they release the tickets for sale. It’s tough because you have the scalpers (who are better at it than you or me) going for those tickets too.

I have given up

I didn’t realize it myself until I went to the wiki maze to remember the plot and the brother’s name. There's a picture of the two actors, and the eyes really do look alike. I imagine wardrobe and makeup will fix the rest.

It's very weird that the Randall male gene is so potent that they all look alike. It works for

I think it's more of the fact that we don't get to see Frank's viewpoint in the books, but we do in the TV series. TV Frank is a lot more fleshed out than book Frank (that initial sex scene was pretty hot and we got the idea that Claire would have been happy with Frank had she not time traveled and met Jamie).

Book Spoiler!! [But it looks like you obviously read the books]
Perhaps it has to do with the fact that that Frank is biologically a direct descendent of Jack’s brother, Jonathon, rather than Jack himself. Jack’s brother has a son with a lady, but Jack marries her after the brother dies. Jack has no biological

I think it’s just really hard to sort through with the increasing popularity of self-publishers out there.

There are good self-published novels out there for sure, but it's a lot of digging. Also lots of bad conventionally published books out there too (*cough*50shades*cough*).

I think you’ll like it if you like Jennifer Crusie, you’ll like this. It’s definitely humorous. However..

A lot of the more recent contemporary romance comedy novels seem to have either a strong Male POV (50%) or 100% Male POV. Many of them tend to lean towards BRO-y and/or alpha heroes, and I think that may turn off

Yup, that was my view. And I watched it all during the first run. If it wasn’t for the Cohens and Ryan, I would’ve stopped watching. Season 4 was great. I loved Taylor.

Mischa is just a sub-par actress. I think she was a decent child actress, but I expect a lot less of child actors.

Season 4 was so much better without her! I absolutely adored Taylor Townsend. And I was probably one of the few that shipped Taylor/Ryan. Even though realistically, they probably wouldn’t have lasted for the long run. But I still think they got back together again after the wedding.

She was a much better child actress

There was a lot of chapters/sections about UCB. I actually thought it was overkill. I enjoyed the sections about SNL more, but I’m not sure if it’s because I have actually watched SNL but have never seen (or wanted to see) a live improv group.

I was also very disappointed in her book. I was really excited to read it

I don't really listen to them anymore (beyond a few of the hits in their heyday), but Kevin re-joined the group a long time ago. There were definitely a couple of years when they were a foursome (I think right around the time they did a tour with NKOTB), but he later re-joined the group. He was definitely in the

I'm vehemently opposed to scalpers tickets. They're part of the problem.

Is this an open audition? My small knowledge of professional theater is that there are two types of auditions, equity (part of the union) and non-equity. In order to be part of the equity, you actually have had to work in an equity production (presumably all Broadway productions and some off-Broadway ones). There are

There are income restrictions (below $62k) and some tax returns are more difficult than others.

But free file will cover your average American that draws a regular W2 income.

I’m pretty sure the rule is that you are supposed to get all your forms the last day of January.

Smaller businesses may have hard time meeting that deadline, though they are supposed to meet it.
