Absolutely. The alternative was definitely better. It’s blatantly obvious... even when you talk about email scandals... especially given now that Trump is having a few email/security scandals of his own.
Yes because only Trump Supporters make poor life choices.
As to the “buying cars based on car payments” thing...it blows my mind.
I am fairly senior in the Military, and my wife works, and I generally buy one car outright (currently a Subaru Forrester for the wife and kid) and lease another (currently a BMW 3 series, former service loaner that was 15k under MSRP), so that…
Most of the taxpayers are in cities. Urban areas subsidize rural areas, that is just how it works. For things to actually be equitable, rural areas would have a larger tax burden just due to higher infrastructure costs.
2nd: does the idea of privatized air traffic controllers scare the ever loving fuck out of anyone else other than just me??
1st Gear: I said right from the start that I suspected Trump’s “business council” was just a way to give the appearance that Trump puts thought into his decisions. I’m not at all surprised that it has become clear that it’s little more than a prop that has little or no impact on what idiot Trump actually does.
My favorite part of the commercial, which makes the Chevy Equniox seem like a great young person car is the very end where it says:
Never was much of a muscle guy always having DSMs and Evos I’m 30 now so I lived the fast and furious life style in My late teens early 20's. Then I found a cheap 72 stock 6 cylinder chevelle. A guy had it his entire life and cared for it like none other he loved a car that was usually torn apart and beat. Which led…
There are only 2 generations in the US — the first was a very handsome, angular sedan that might be called “compact” by current standards. The second one (just discontinued a couple years ago) is definitely a midsize car with decent room in the rear seat. I’m especially fond of the wagon if you can find one. Plenty of…
A crack pipe MK4 Jetta that I won on a website called Jalopnik.com. It was “Free” but cost me over $3,000 to ship it and get it road worthy. A month later the timing chains failed. Now I have a rusty paperweight in my driveway. Thanks Tavarish!
I never thought I would own (unwillingly) a Saturn ION. However, it was my last year in college, I was broke, and my 1998 Pontiac Sunfire 2.4 (which, up until this time had been bullet proof for 4.5 years and 145K) caught fire in the parking lot at work. Oil leak. Head gasket. Something, I don’t remember. It was a…
“Whats the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Chevy?”
I think I’d risk everyone else thinking I’m stupid, and run with “F150"
Me: Citation, cavalier, cadillac’s decades-long malaise, Saturn, killing Pontiac, getting bailed out, just overall shit.......... Am I doing this right?
“Whats the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Chevy?”
Holy shit I just thought of the same thing. So basically:
