@-L-: I have a Bose system in my office. I like it because of it's size. But it's important to note that it's not an audiophile, "high-end", or even a "pro-sumer" system.

@ps61318: read the actual article that's linked. The second sentence says HIS.

Translation: Wife and kids are pissed that he's spending the money that they were going to get when he dies.

This this looks awesome... but...

@greyseal: I don't think that's a really good example. A lot of higher end products are this way.

@Heimdall: I think that's stretching it a bit. Yeah, the iPhone antenna thing is lame, but throw on a case and it's a great device otherwise.

@xxdesmus: Dude, I just ran a speed test in El Segundo, CA... right across the street from LAX.

@Devin Teague Connelly: It really depends on what the issue is. Software can fix a lot more than you give it credit for.

@Devin Teague Connelly: Actually software is often used to fix hardware problems. I do this stuff for a living and we're often tasked with fixing hardware issues because it's a lot easier to change software than it is to change hardware... especially after the fact.

@caldweab: That's what I thought when I saw the pictures, but it's actually a lot better IRL. I really like it now that I've tried it.

@caldweab: From what I understand, go take a run (or lick your palm if you want to take the easy way out) then hold the phone like you do with your 3GS and you will then experience the issue.

@konfused: Same here, on my iPad.

@caldweab: It's not just all over Gizmodo. Engadget, Slashdot, Consumerist, Digg... it's everywhere.

@Halfnelson117: Actually only available in black right now. But the black bumper does look pretty cool IMHO.

@dfxdeimos: Yes, and without that "3rd mistake" he risks elevating the matter and getting killed instead of just losing $65.

@Doug-E-Fresh-91: You are correct sir, bestiality is a good example of illegal photography.
