@DancinDatsyuk: Yes, I know a little something about cameras. Heh.

This is kind of what I expected would happen to FaceTime, as I mentioned earlier today. Even the name screams "gimmick!" How many people here are using it on a regular basis, and not just as a novelty?

@AmphetamineCrown: Well, I guess I can understand that. Your conversion to Android will be relatively... painless. Not at all like the others.

@DancinDatsyuk: I get all that, but aside from the screen, which I agree is nice, the other stuff just doesn't seem like that big of a deal. Certainly not enough to earn it the title of "Best Cellphone Ever." So what is it, just all these tiny improvements, 1-5% increases over my Droid, that make the phone so

@crustyxpunk: Some of his problems look like they could be from the ROM he used, and some certainly are known Android faults. I shouldn't have just flatly said everything was Moto's fault, so I apologize for that. But what I definitely can blame them for are: proximity sensor issues, the keyboard, the touchscreen,

@AmphetamineCrown: You've owned three iterations of the iPhone and not purchased a single app or song or anything that you can only get from Apple?

I have mine overclocked to 1.2 GHz. Catch me if you can, iP4!

@SAThorn: But on my end, the Android end, I don't have that option (unless of course I purchase another handset, which isn't happening anytime soon.) So for me, leaving behind all my apps, all the money I've invested so far, is something I would have to consider very carefully.

@crustyxpunk: Well, iTunes sells music, too, right? I know people who are hundreds of dollars deep into the Apple ecosystem, although I'll admit I don't know exactly what road got them there.

@ignacio reyes: Oh, you mean like when it happened to the Nexus One?

@headstash: I wouldn't know, I own a Droid.

@Yousty: That notwithstanding, I think the reality is that it has come down to how much you've spent in the respective app markets. If you've laid down a couple hundred on iTunes, you're likely to love every iPhone that comes out until the end of time.

@robotkiller: Most of those problems come from your choice of manufacturer, not Android.

Brian, I don't understand why you call it the best phone in the world. So little was actually changed from the 3GS, from what I can tell. Maybe you've already covered this, and if you have I'm sorry, but I'd love to hear your opinion (or anyone's.) So far we don't really know what the hardware specs are, except

Today is obviously not the day Verizon wants to announce a partnership with Apple. Come on.

@franco1975 [Troll ]: Apple can't do it because it would be halfway decent and Steve is having real problems with his conscience lately.

So they've designed a garage workbench... for your kitchen?

Also I'm pretty sure now that kid was in Goldeneye.
