I'm thinking about using my school's plasma cutter to etch a design into the back of my iPod Touch.
If you gave me a device with a 7 - 9" touchscreen with 1440x900 resolution or better, 2 USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI I/O, 3.5mm jack, 64GB storage, front and back facing cameras, built in mics, and 802.11n all for less than $700, I would jump on that.
