Why would you NOT write a ticket in that situation? Running into the back of another car is the definition of careless driving. What if she had run over a worker at the car wash instead of just running into another car?

If you bought a GM car with OnStar it has connected services. Any of those vehicles with connected services can do it. My 2012 MazdaSpeed 3, no remote shut down on me.  :) I won’t buy a car with connected services, I’d rather walk.
