Apparently, you have no sense of smell.
Apparently, you have no sense of smell.
If it was bad enough to apparently be damaging vehicles, sounds like there should have been some temporary cover used when not actively being worked on? I’ve seen that done before.
Yep, it’s an interesting spot where it’s less about tesla losing market share and more to do with the EV market taking more of the total vehicle market as new players shift more from ICE production to EVs.
Eh, the Shelby GT350 clocked in at 526hp and $60k.
Not bad.
I like everything about this.
The Model 3 was genuinely new in a lot of fundamental ways, but the Model Y was certainly derivative and 2017 is a long time ago in this business.
Definitely an amazing success story to a point but it does look like their trajectory may have hit a turning point after reaching 3.5 % share it’s dipping downward the later half of 2022 and q1 2023 will paint a better picture. Hopefully they have something new and fresh coming along. Their lineup is getting fairly…
Bill Mitchell’s 60's era at GM
Really unfortunate news for the guy who just needs his Carrera GT to get to work and doesn’t have a backup vehicle.
I was going to say the same thing. There has to be some math that lobbyists got put into the CAFE standards at some point to get way more credit than deserved for the auto manufacturers. 107 MPGe is still awesome and way more efficient than ICE cars. But why would we say 380 MPGe? That’s crazy.
Rotors and installation ? and a bit of profit too methinks

Agree. Unless the rental agreement explicitly stated, “if you violate X, Y or Z, the vehicle will be reported stolen”, it’s just wrong. Also, if that is in their rental agreement, remind me to never use Avis.
Agreed. Violating a rental agreement does not mean you “stole” the car. You might owe them penalties/damages. Like you mention, I think whether a notification was provided or not is going to be a big factor.
Toasted
that’s what i was thinking! It seems that both men are liars and taking advantage of each other
The kind where the owner is trying to squeeze out as much money as possible for Toyota (lol) parts
“I mean, how many compact sedans for $45k cost $15 to fill the tank and also can do this?”
Its a hit piece. Good journalism would present the public with the opt in screen menu text and explain how the data in question never left Tesla employees. If the data left the main department and service center folks got it, that’d be weird. Worth Tesla dealing with internally, but I don't see how even that would…
