Not really a 4runner guy, but looking at them side by side is reason enough for me. Most new SUVs just lack character

Not sure why a Cybertruck having the same issue is national news, but whatever.
The truck does have a jacking mode, but yeah, I doubt many people in general carry a good jack with them and even less willing to go out and do it during a snowstorm.
Good call on spotting the Model X. And you can tell it was just recently driven because it barely has any accumulated snow, except on the rear door, which means the door had been open for a minute
I plopped Tesla Cybertruck into TireRack and they only have 7 all-terrain options listed but I think it’s just a filtering issue.
Glad that Tesla Model X and Hyundai Veloster made the list, those would’ve been my two inputs.
While technically due to Earth’s rotation you do have a winter, colloquially one would say you don’t have winter if you don’t have snow and freezing temperatures
But are those handheld gaming devices a multiplayer split screen that a family could enjoy? Or just each person in their own world with headphones?
Is it because car dealerships in your area purposely stock them with those tire options knowing that it’s a requirement for local buyers?
While this all looks cool on paper, I’d really like to know if anyone is actually interested in using any of this, especially in-car gaming.
With the tonneau cover closed, there is a permanent backup camera displayed on the screen, since it would just be black out the rear view mirror
I think it’s even worse that tire companies are allowed to use the term “All Season Tires” to mean 3 season tires (some tire shops are even referring to them as 3 Season Tires now!)
Why give your first ten trucks those same flawed tires?
Do you not remember SpaceX’s origin story? SpaceX’s first 3 launches in a row were failures, but the 4th was a success. Now they are doing two successful launches and landings per week. Rome wasn’t built in a day.
Google StreetView has an April 2022 shot where you can see it, including the weeds growing out from the wheel, right at Mission and College Terrace as you said.
A couple of things: SpaceX has no reusable rocket. They have no reusable Super Heavy Booster, and neither a reusable actual ship for this.
Right! So not really even a weight penalty. This is the Lucid drive unit (I took this at a Lucid store)
There wouldn’t be 1 million people launching all at the same time. It would be at minimum an S-curve with a slow ramp.
Doesn’t change that it is also factual. To survive in this universe long-term, you need to plant the seeds of your species on more than one rock. If you don’t, all it takes is a single disaster to wipe everything out.
Rimac Nevera? Perhaps the most forward thinking hypercar of our current generation
