I mean to me it’s hard to seriously say “Down with royality!” when over here in the US there’s articles and movies and tv series built around corporate CEOS, celebrities that barely appear in movies, rockstars, etc. Royalty focuses on blood, but I view them as being no less evil then any other media-focused entity.

Maybe? I’m not aware of what UK tourist economy is, I am just aware that even with royalty involved they have a better healthcare system in place then the US has without its royalty.

Novelty is a huge seller, paired with the reality tv connection. Royalty gets followed just as much as Kardashians and the like, if not more.

I mean removing royalty really doesn’t get rid of wealth inequality anyways. You just sort of end up with the Great Gatsby instead I guess. 

I don’t think we need to be adopting the practices of Homeland Security / ICE in order to get rid of royalty.

Solution I propose off the cuff:

Capitalism needs regulation in order to support overall growth and not selective growth. Otherwise we might as well go back to monopolies and child labor again. 

If Trump gets 2 extra years, Obama gets his Supreme Court choice.

I can understand this. FMA inter-connected people SO MUCH MORE, from Lust now being Scar’s brother’s girlfriend to Wrath being both the keeper of Edward’s missing limbs and Izumi’s child.

I mean we’re already getting some form of Lord of the Rings adaptation well within the lifetime of the original actors so....

I’m currently on a Minecraft kick, so I’ll probably be playing that. If I feel like it, MAYBE more Sekiro. I played that game hard when it came out but been enjoying some long breaks from it.

These are the type of people that when you tell them to get rid of their Confederate Flags, they just get bigger ones to put out. Democrats are still on the less powerful side right now, they have to choose their battles carefully or risk a repeat of 2016. 

They are definitely being cautious, most likely because they know pushing too hard will be weaponized by the Right. My guess is that they will be more aggressive closer to the elections though. 

Girl on the right is a Siren, per her tattoos. Commander Steele, not 100% confirmed I guess, had Siren tattoos as well. It would make sense to keep her in canon as a Siren as it would mean Atlas was aware that Sirens can charge up the key if needed.

My understanding is the military tends to go through its own channels from military police, court, etc. so yeah, not all that surprised. 

Regulations are what are needed more than anything. Ya know those things that the current administration keeps scaling back.
