Since all language is by its very existence a code, your response puzzles me.

Just agree on “more words”- consent words that fit with what’s going on and won’t break the rhythm. Agree before hand that a particular word or phrase is a request for consent or to turn things up a bit, and that another is a stand in for that consent.
