M-rating can mean a lot of things. It can be some harsh language, discussion of adult themes, or a bit of punching. It doesn’t automatically mean you should expect something on the level of experiencing an execution in first person.

She wasn’t lying that anything could be hacked....and anyone.

I never believe game companies when they claim external attacks the release day.  It looks to me more like they did not scaled correctly the required hardware to allow everything to run correctly.  Anyway theres more than enough reasons to attack Blizzard,  they just killed yesterday Overwatch 1, and they did it for

I didn’t expect them to buff Sombra so much.

This. There’s zero harm in a warning. There’s zero harm in having it off by default, with the ability to opt-in. There’s a potential for harm in having it in the game with zero warning or means of opting out.

Modern Warfare 2 allowed you to skip “No Russian” entirely. Being able to alter the game experience due to triggers (not sure why you had to add double-quotes to that word) has been around for the last 15 years at least. More than happy to have someone else chime in with older examples.

For a guy with zero experience, this is heartening as someone who also wants to start learning this stuff off my own bat.

I hate autoplay so, so much. JUST GIVE US THE OPTION TO TURN IT OFF. THAT’S ALL I ASK

I heard some guys very loudly discussing physical vs digital media in a nearly empty mall a few weeks ago and one of them said that streaming will be the future.

I sure as fuck hope not, because that will cut a lot of people out of gaming entirely, at least in the states. Decent Internet is still a “luxury.” Not to

And don’t let the door bump you on the ass on the way out.

You know something is COOL when a narrator has to yell about how COOL everything is constantly.

So it’s shitty Fall Guys with a hub world? Lol.

There’s an xkcd for everything.

Congratulations - you’re not an egomaniac!

Or even just because they’re doing something you wouldn’t or have made other choices you didn’t. In their own minds, just like you, they believe they have made a decision based on their own reasoning that seems valid to them.

i feel that it rooted in a weird sort of macho toxic masculinity. young men without any direction or means of expressing themselves emotionally in a constructive manner, browbeaten into ancient and archaic roles and gender expectations...the “hero” is who they’re supposed to be. the “hero” is the winner, gets the

It’s just dehumanizing “sheeple” or Holden Caulfield’s “phonies” repackaged for the 21st century. The NPC term is very online but the narcissism isn’t.

This is 100% it. Every time you see one of these guys saying “There’s heaps of people walking around with no life behind their eyes” what they actually mean is “I saw someone who wasn’t paying full, enthusiastic, positive attention to me and I don’t understand it.”

It’s truly hard for me to imagine looking at a world full of busy people going about their lives and think that something’s wrong with them because they’re not paying more attention to me.

This is Call of Duty, They aren’t gonna implement something like that. But for a $1 per game you can buy an upgrade that shows you red dots when other people fire
