It might be a touch fast, but that's any radar gun, even some MLB ones register fast. But again that's only a few mph.

Little League distance is 46 feet, a tad over 3/4 of the MLB distance. An 70 mph little league fastball requires the reaction time of a 90+ mph MLB fastball.
