I once saw a gray-haired, tailor-suit-wearing executive driving a Maybach 57S on the highway. As much as I wanted to stay to admire the car, he had been going slowly (being an old man) so I continued on ahead. About half an hour later, when the road had cleared up quite a bit, I spotted a white speck in my rearview

The Chesapeake bridge-tunnel is almost always a highlight of my trips down to the East Coast. I spot the lighthouse going in, then submerge myself in the almost-calming lights for awhile.

That interior....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Either it looks better in person than in photos, or it's just ugly. I would actually prefer the Avalon to this, because with the Avalon at least you keep some sense of subdued classiness.

Holy god, that back end looks disgusting. It's like they took a 288 GTO with the goal of trying to make it as 90's as possible.

The guy who owned the place was apparently involved in the SCCA, then in sailboat racing in his later years.

Hashtags give me a lot of relief.

Look up the Stax SR009 and Sennheiser Orpheus, listen to both of them, and them we can talk about the worth of headphones.

D'oh! I guess I need to get my brain fixed.

I love the interior, but the stance sickens me.

Luckily, we have all the newfangled DQ "Grill and Chill" franchises near me, so they're open year-round. Want a box of ice cream sent to you? Never mind, Dairy Queen is never as good after melting.

I actually bought mine in Wisconsin, and it is perhaps the only Wisconsin 240Z to still have at least some of its flooring intact. It never saw snow but managed to rust out anyways. Good luck in the drier climates.

I really want to get my freaking 240Z done this year.

I got my 240Z a few years ago, and despite the fact that it never saw outdoor parking it still had rust holes in the floors.

No love for the Trabi?

Insanely Jealous.

I have to agree on this one. That little badge never fails to capture my attention.

Awhile back I spotted a BiTurbo at my local college parking lot. It was black/rust with gold wheels. This is basically the same deal. I'd probably actually pay $4000 just to have a neat conversation car, but I don't have money to spend on conversation cars. CP

Ferrari did issue a recall last year for fixes, but that's not to say that every single Ferrari owner went to get it done.

I was with a German family I know (hence the kids that I had to watch over) in Blåvand during my trip. It was cool to explore the places, but better to know that they're slowly going away, a last remnant of Hitler's legacy of militarism.
