I’d love to have an RV and travel the country on a whim. But no part of that dream of freedom includes living in a compound with a bunch of fancy assholes.

I agree. Rigidly proper manual driving is where your shift arm only moves from the wheel to make the gear change and then immediately returns to the wheel before the next gear. Even between 1st and 2nd! ...

It would still be annoying at stop lights where you do not need to have two hands on the wheel. I usually keep the my left hand on the wheel and my right hand lightly resting on the shift knob while it’s in neutral at a stop light so that I’m ready to put it back in gear when the light is green again. I think its funny when they ignore the whole ‘accessories’ part of buying a car.

Your choices of cars make no goddamn sense. How can you go from a C30 to a Crown Vic to an Expedition, do you buy cars by hitting random pages in a catalog?

I haven’t been a passenger in a vehicle long enough to take a nap in about... 17 years? I have forgotten how.

Crap, its already 3:10 PM, i missed it

People do that.... intentionally? Good lord that is stupid. I’m sure those headlights are pretty effective - at blinding everyone.

That half-lifted Grand Cherokee looks like some of the lifted trucks in CA. It’s apparently a thing here.

Why is she wearing Nomex? They went 55 mph in a minivan.

I don’t know why, but your whole last paragraph just doesn’t sound as bad as it should due to the differences in terminology between the UK and the US.

Yea I don’t see that happening unless the entire truck/SUV boom crashes. It aint like TJ and YJ are cheap bc the JK was out.

Yes! I’ll want to buy one of your cars! Not new of course, used, about 5 years old.

OK
