I’m a Bruins fan and completely disagree. All we saw was an angle where the puck was ABOVE the red line, so it showed a gap, but that gap was meaningless when the question is whether it CROSSED the red line.

There wasn’t a conclusive angle that showed it over the line AND you had Binnington’s pad clearly being pushed back into the net by a Bruin stick. There’s almost no chance that would have been called a goal.

It is impossible to tell from the front angle. You need a top down view to see if it actually completely crossed the line. On top of that, I think the whistle actually came before the last shove into Binnington’s pad. I don’t think it is legal to score by pushing the goalie into the net anyway.

My favorite are all the Bruins fans calling St. Louis “dirty” in this series. So rich.
