I thought the show went to shit when Stewart came on board. There was just something so amazingly dry about the Kilborn version, that I loved. It was like, a joke wasn't just the joke, but also how oblique the joke was AND that anybody had made the joke AT ALL…like a the humor was a parody of the humor…so subtle…

I'd like to see it with a smaller scope, too. Evry goddam one of these things is a globe-spanning odessey with a complicated, giganitic menace that can destroy all life on Earth…how about just Superman fighting some evil shit, like, I dunno, a bad guy or monster without all of the other bullshit?
