I already answered this question. The “perception” (not conception) of consent is irrelevant. It doesn’t f-ing matter if everyone in the world thinks it’s cool to grab a lady by her genitals. If the woman didn’t agree to it, it’s not okay. Some things are black and white, and this is one of them.

just to chime in here—it’s irrelevant what the community thinks. individuals have the right to express their opinion. the individual can say what they think and the community can say they don’t agree.
