I dunno, maybe get new friends? I get what you’re saying, but I’ve long ago surrounded myself with supportive people who are liberal and think more of me for my beliefs. family and coworkers you can’t do so much about, but if you are firm and confident in your beliefs, people will respect that.
speak out against those you don’t agree with, within your circle of friends or at work or in your town. that’s something real big you can do.
men who are allies should be part of that united front to power, IMO. I’m a lady but thinking of asking some male friends to come. I can see why they might feel a little intimidated or maybe not specifically wanted, but I think rallies are for anyone who agrees with the purpose of the rally.
