Yeah, the tech in vehicles today is what really ages badly. Look at the early 2000’s and the tiny screens. Even stuff from a few years ago look tiny and low res.  Cars aged much better before screens.

Rude, I’m faster than that... Oh we’re talking about something else... My bad.

That’s nearly exactly Android Auto/Apple Carplay except it uses the cars larger built in display.

One would think that the OEMs could team up with Brodit aka Pro-Clip and have their mounts available as optional equipment from the factory.

Well there used to be a standardized system with radio (head) units, and it was either a single or double system; so if your system went out, or if you wanted a different setup, you could easily buy a new/different one and it would fit exactly.

Specially stubborn bolts.  Hose it down with some liquid wrench and go take a breather for a bit.

If you can’t fix something, throw a wrench across the room. Be a man.

“Weird Al” Yankovic didn’t parody this song, but did what he calls a “style parody” of ska bands like MMB with “Your Horoscope for Today.” Worth a listen.

Lucid, you got some ‘splaining to do.

To wit: GT350 - The goldilocks of the Mustang world. Slower than an A10 GT in a drag race and not quite as fast out on track as a GT500 but oh so satisfying thinks to a well-tuned manual trans equipped chassis and Ford deciding to use a wonky even for flat-plane cranks crankshaft high revving V8!

Got talked into buying a new Soul for the wife. Mainly city driving. But it’s kind of awesome. I’m 6'6" and it’s the most comfortable car I’ve driven in a while. It’s like a magic trick. All the modern conveniences & a really good warranty. I was a little reluctant at first but now I’m a believer. I wish they made a
