Ford's website has the ST-R labeled for a January 2012 release, and the consumer Focus ST for "late 2012".

Originally, Ford was going to release the ST in "Early 2012". There were even rumors of preorders starting in October.

That's good for an extra 200 HP, easy. Now if only he had some decals...

How could the race spec Focus ST-R be released months ahead of the consumer Focus ST, especially since it has the same engine and transmission.

I'm in the same spot.

I've been holding back on making an account, but I finally did just to sign this petition.

Could be parent companies. I don't know for sure, but many companies today are linked in some way. This way, politicians see a large list of supporters (and potential campaign contributors).

Let's just go on their websites and start posting song lyrics. Under SOPA, they'd have to remove all lyrics or links, or risk having their website taken down.

Insert massive face palm here.

What if, because of these lawsuits, Samsung, HTC, or Google turn around with a whole new solution that users are crazy about?

Coincidence! (But really, I doubt there's some kind of conspiracy here).

I really disagree. If Apple wins, we'll see less copied designs, and more aggressive competition. Competition breeds creativity, and I'd love to see some new and unique designs.

Okay, then can we find a good checkpoint to restart from?

A year for a single movie?

I replied to the other commenter in this thread addressing that. It's a lot more than a simple link (as I describe in the other post).

You're misunderstanding this patent. It detects numbers, addresses, emails, dates, etc, and creates a link that allows the functionality of a defined app to use that data.

It wouldn't be too hard for them to implement something different.

Good. Maybe now they'll see the flaw with the system.

Looks like the STI needs an even larger spoiler on the back.

Clearly, it's a weather balloon.
