This is reminding me to replace the downstairs bathroom fan. It makes a horrible grinding noise and doesn’t move air. I’m pretty much stuck with the existing ductwork though I assume, since it’s between floors.

I’d post a picture of the Double-Decker Couch... but LEGO’s made that an official kit.
I have never enjoyed a Lego game much, though I used to love the actual things when I was a kid and I collect minifigs now.
I want this so much though.
I built myself a standing desk at home, and use a big comfortable barstool about 95% of the time anyway. At work I have a DeskCycle and try to take frequent breaks to walk around at least a little bit.
Eating apples usually just makes me hungrier. I’ve given up on them for the most part.
Oh look, a house centipede. I’ll just sit here and watch it make its way into your underwear drawer.
OMG AN IMAGINARY SPECK I MUST MURDER IT IMMEDIATELY COME HERE DAMMIT MEOW MEOW MEOW ::throws self at ceiling::
Hey there mouse, how you doin’? I’m just vegging out here, don’t mind me.
GREAT CAESAR’S GHOST IT’S A SCRAP OF…
eXistenZ was worth watching once (but maybe plan to not eat anything for a while afterwards). Today it comse off as a solid B movie, even if the tropes have been done better.
The rent is wages are too damn high low.
Golden Corral actually varies a lot in quality from place to place. You’d have to pay me a lot to even breathe the air in the one near here ever again, but I’ve eaten at a couple that are actually good.
I’m very happy with it. Decent tech features, very quiet. Gets about 41 MPG on 70MPH highway trips, and more like 60 MPG going to work (less in freezing weather). The car cost about $19K and it’s great value.
What I don’t like: it’s a minor nitpick, but the rear window. It seems to get dirty much faster than I’m used…
I had an ‘02 Lancer until 6 months ago. It failed emissions inspections four times with various issues (one of which was removing some apparently unnecessary factory part) and safety inspections twice with broken sway bars, and I never drove it that hard. I also had a surprising number of flat tires for some reason,…
Well, this ballot stuffing nonsense sure does ruin the poll.
I have a Google Play Music subscription and my spouse has a Pandora One subscription. Pandora is much better at creating playlists that match the tracks that seed them — but my MO is listening to entire albums; I just use those automatic playlists as a…
I had a Maine Coon who loved watermelon. You couldn’t eat it anywhere in the house without her jumping you and trying to steal it. She’d eat the red and part of the white by rasping it with her tongue, and occasionally try to bite the rind.
To me the weirdest part of it was that supposedly cats can’t taste sweetness.
My eyes don’t believe you. My hands are making grabby motions.
I had a Vornado 510 which was quite decent... until the dogs managed to snag the extension cord and pull it off a (fairly low) table. The front cover popped off and one of the blades snapped. End of the fan.

To be pedantic, it’s a spectrum analyzer rather than an equalizer, unless it actually adjusts the frequency response of the audio.
I’ve been considering this recently, having realized that a lot of the structure I once had in my life — the set of labels I used to define myself — have gone or were never really important. I’ve been struggling with new labels and realizing they just don’t fit and that that’s okay. I don’t really need a list of…
Fantastic music recommendations here!
