I agree for the most part. I don't think you should buy too high-end of a graphics card because they tend to date so quickly. The PSU and case should be quality as you'll rarely replace them.

I found Soluto useful for stopping system-booting applications, but having them all reset after uninstalling Soluto is beyond frustrating. You have to go through your services, startup folder, registry, and everything else and do it manually.

This and interface clutter. Most people can let things just update automatically.
