I agree, I almost just (incorrectly) assume people are jailbroken. I've been jailbroken since the first generation and I can't imagine running on a stock firmware.
I use it coupled with Safari Download Manager. Adds an "Open in iFile" button and is useful if you do a lot of Mobile Safari browsing.
