I’m...kinda with Ricky on this one. He was charged with a crime in real life for saying an offensive joke, in which he threatened no one. That doesn’t sit right.

The super-soldier serum took Steve Rogers to the peak of human capability. At least, that was how it USED to be in the comics. I think MCU Cap has already been seen doing stuff well outside human capability (like keeping a helicopter from taking off).
