God, that tweet is magnificent.
They actually did about 10 minutes after NBC called the new House Majority for them.
All commenters were regrayed yesterday after the staff got tired of which comments were being starred.
Look, I never said these people were smart.
In all fairness, the exit polls did correctly reflect an electorate that would cast more votes for Hillary Clinton. They just weren’t in the necessary states.
I’ve already addressed this in another reply, but I’m specifically referring to people who work at Fox News who wouldn’t be bothered by anything except this which wouldn’t apply to somebody just doing their job.
Well, I don’t doubt some people work at Fox News just because it pays the bills, but I’m talking about people who would specifically be mad about this incident and not the other stuff that happens there.
I imagine to continue to work for Fox News, at least part of you has to truly believe it’s a reputable news source and not just a propaganda machine, and it’s really hard to argue that point when you’ve got a host literally at a function whose sole purpose is propaganda.
Look on the bright side, the radical Islamic terrorists one (accidentally) acknowledges white people can be terrorists. Progress!
Not sure what the source is of that map but it’s wrong, Illinois is a vote-by-mail state: https://www.elections.il.gov/VotingInformation/VotingByMail.aspx
I kind of sort of like it for the next week or two because I like waking up when it’s light out (IDGAF whether it’s dark or not when I leave work). However, after an exhaustive one day study yesterday in which I was hungry for lunch at 10:30AM and the fact that my body can’t sleep correctly for a week when we lose an…
I was spanked as a kid and I turned out fine!
Oh boy, another chance to try to make long thought out comments, remain in the grays, give up and make stupid jokes instead only to get ungrayed because somebody on the staff laughed once.
This came up recommended to me on Facebook and I watched without sound like “WTF is this movie?” Then the twist happened and I was like “...is this even real?”
I actually agree that The Dark Knight is the most important Superhero Movie in history period, as it so happens, but the Marvel Cinematic Universe as a whole is obviously more important than that. Iron Man when it came out was seen as a surprisingly great movie with a neat stinger at the end. It did not immediately…
As a matter of fact, I do have severe depression. I usually try to ignore it by making goofy comments on articles such as this to raise stars because they’ll make me feel warm and fuzzy for all of about 15 seconds before I go back to feeling like I am everybody’s worst enemy. I started a new job last week and this…
So this was a letter written by a troll just to get on the site, right? Like, nobody could seriously write like this and believe it, right?
First, I would argue the Joker is still the main villain of the story, and Two-Face is merely part of his plan to show how even the best of people can crack. He basically says as much when he’s dangling in front of Batman near the end of the movie.
I’d argue that as an individual film, The Dark Knight is significantly more influential than Iron Man. Iron Man was the start of a marathon but it wasn’t until the Avengers had the largest opening weekend in history that the Marvel Cinematic Universe model really started affecting how Hollywood handled things.
