It wouldn’t surprise me, KFC already made that VR training game.

Rocky V is a weird movie because it clearly tries to be more serious like the first two and for about the first third or so it’s actually really good! Then Tommy Gunn enters the picture and is irritating as Hell and the stuff with his kid is off because Rocky is usually a better person than that so it’s all just…
I feel this way with Star Wars for the most part or pretty well any series that ends then suddenly doesn’t end because either the creator or the current rights holders can’t say no to more buckets of cash.
Yeah, I agree regarding the character thing. I hate it when there’s a character I want to play as but their statistics don’t line up with my play style.
While the two series mentioned there were more on the experimental side, Mega Man X, Mega Man Zero, and Mega Man ZX were much more of evolving on classic Mega Man each adding something new. X added more maneuverability and speed, Zero added even more speed and RPG-lite elements like builds and mild leveling in some…
Oh yeah, RIP Star Wars Battlefront 3 (in that form).
I technically was watching on mute, but I also have eyes and I didn’t deny it was a Harry Potter game. I was saying the job listing from 2017 that mentioned Avalanche Software hiring for a AAA franchise game and asking for people familiar with British culture had people guess they were making a Harry Potter game back…
The leak mentions you’re playing as a character in 1800s Hogwarts so you’re just some other Hogwarts student who happens to be a murderer.
I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a leak quite like this where we go from basically hearing nothing to over a minute of game footage for an unannounced title. Usually it seems like it’s always just promotional material or whispers about what’s being worked on. I mean sure the job listing mentioned British culture and a…
I think the problem is that Mega Man saved bigger innovations for its spin-off series. For example, maybe things could be spiced up if you gave Mega Man more maneuverability...oh wait, that’s Mega Man X. Maybe if you changed the mission structure or gave him a sword...oh wait, that’s Mega Man Zero.
I’ve preordered Mega Man 11, am going to a friend’s house for Mario Party, and I’ll pick up Astro Bot Robots Rescue pretty soon too. It’s a very good week of games and I’m not even getting the two bigger releases.
Damn, never got to try the latest VR release. It was so good!
I don’t know what they’re talking about because I’ve only been following liveblogs none of which have mentioned anything which could even be close to being interpreted as whatever the Hell they were talking about.
The good news is the anecdotal right wing report from people in my office talking about it is that this hearing is already over because they asked Ford a tough question and she feigned an illness to get out so they ended it for the day, so none of this is actually happening.
I figure that doesn’t count because the original territory got all games in the correct order and only other territories were subjected to that nonsense.
They basically keep changing the format of the naming.
I also submit “The Renumbered Sequel” where games go from having number sequels to dropping the number only to suddenly start renumbering them. There’s two forms of this: one in which they pretend they never stopped numbering, like Mario Kart suddenly just having Mario Kart 7 and 8. The other is when they bring…
On paper you’re right. In practice, the Oculus Go has official apps which are not available on the Rift so it’s not unheard of.
So far the official materials I’ve seen have deliberately avoided saying “exclusive” so I’m guessing it’ll be timed exclusive if at all. For example, the official Oculus blog on it phrases it as...
Now that you mention it, “Nikki at Beach” sounds like it could have been rough if they weren’t careful.
