i'm not sure how it would work with private trackers as their servers would need your login information to grab the torrent, although i suppose you could put the torrent in somewhere like dropbox and point fetch.io at it to download, but i wouldn't have thought it's a good idea.

@yipcanjo: in windows 7, hibernate DOES use a tiny amount of power. i discovered this when i set my computer to hibernate when the battery was very low. it woke itself up in the night scaring the shit out of me so it could shut itself down properly.
