Their brains were a little touched yesterday to run the pictures despite the negative reaction. Today, they've apparently been retouched.

It's the rare triple down!

I think it's just a matter of luck, like most people. Hoult doesn't lack anything. He's done big movies like XMen and had a hit in Warm Bodies (116m worldwide on a 35m production budget, so it at least broke even at the box office...and it got good reviews).

Whoa, whoa, whoa...let's not go throwing Jason Staham flicks under the bus!

I agree to a point. If two states give 15% but one has gender regulations, it's at a disadvantage. But if it gives 20%, it will still get the business.

Yeah, her problem was that people told her she looked like Cameron Diaz...an awful lot of people wouldn't mind having that problem.

Really great comment. Thanks for all of the facts.

There's tons of public money going to films in the US too. How many movies are shot in a state is often a direct result of how much the state provides in funding. Any state that lowers their cut from, say 20% to 15%, will see a drop in business.

That's my main concern. If Jezebel can afford 10 thousand smackers for a picture, they can give the writers a raise.

Yeah, it's always ignored, but women are better investors all-around. Not only in the stock market, but in maintaining a better balance of their portfolio.

It was the damn kid's fault!

And honestly, pale skin doesn't look better than brown skin. I have pale skin. There's colors I can't wear and my skin is more prone to diseases from the sun and discoloration, etc. I look much healthier with a tan than when it's winter.

It's hard to believe he's an actual human, much less a state Senator elected by them.

God...I remember how common that was in college. Some asshole revving the engine to scare people crossing the street. And in my college, one guy did the same thing with accidentally hitting the gas instead of the brake. The victim survived, but his legs were essentially titanium after being crushed, and I'm sure he's

Fair enough. I think that's a directing problem, but I see your point.

1. Wrong. The article doesn't differentiate between men. You added this emphasis out of the blue.

I doubt that. I'm not a huge Dunham fan, mostly because she is so boring as a director, and the show is done in her style. But as a writer, she's a unique talent. She never takes the easy way out in either the characters or the plot, and she doesn't adhere to the TV formula for a half-hour show. Her dialogue is on

I'm constantly amazed at how many non-black kids under 20 drop N-bombs. Look at this idiot- not only did he use it directed at Kanye and Kim, but originally at the paparazzi. So he's obviously using it all the time.

They don't have to spend as much. Most large schools spend a little over twice as much on men's sports as women's.

Hey, if Adele is doing all the singing, I'm in. Then again, I don't need Madonna to get great, grown-up ballads from Adele.
