That's so true.
Ok, but you have to apply that across the board. If some conservative dude said the same thing about abortion, he's not forcing his views on anyone else. He's just saying it's a genocide we should be ashamed of and stop, like Morrissey.
There seems to be an issue about how it's measured. Different ways produce different results.
Oh, I thought they were an item too. Still, would it really be so wrong to get some artificial insemination going?
It doesn't matter if it's race. A private school that accepts federal money has to accept federal discrimination rules. If it accepts state or local money, it has to follow those rules. If it only takes private money, it can discriminate against any protected class except race.
I'm not saying it solves the problem or anything, but it's hard to argue whether hate commenting is fun. It is. Otherwise, 99% of death threats and such on the internet wouldn't be there. But that's the difference...I'm guessing you're not saying the guy should be raped and things that cross the line. Calling someone…
I actually read the headline different and expected it to be a general essay about not letting troll sites get to you.
Being a smart criminal is so crazy. If this woman had used that brainpower, drive, and risk taking towards a legal hustle, she'd have been successful. Maybe not quite as rich, but successful and comfortable.
If I'm going to be able to keep a positive self-image, I'm going to need all pictures of those two destroyed.
Whether she intentionally lied or thinks something happened that didn't, it's pretty clear the Duke lacrosse guys didn't rape her.
She's so flat that it doesn't make sense. She's pretty consistently flat too, not just missing notes. It's kind of fascinating that she could be so off-key to her own singing like that.
It probably wouldn't fall under fair use. The parody would have to be the product (like with Weird Al). Using parody to sell a product has generally been rejected as fair use.
Fried chicken is a disgusting smell in general. It tastes great, but every chicken place smells horrible.
I'm not a big fan of her videos, but the amount of vitriol she's gotten is insane.
Wait a minute!
I don't mean this rudely, but you might go back and reread the wiki. It seems like you missed a lot of the issues.
Damn straight. You reach onto my plate, you draw back a stub!
Of course. The problem is that people only get called out on cultural appropriation if they are unliked. Someone in the cool club like Solange is "inspired". Someone like Miley is appropriating. The difference is always in who is doing it.
Not that it matters. If a girl at the same weight isn't as good, she'll lose. Problem solved.
