Good article, although the body panels are GRP, not aluminium, the roof bars (silver bits) are aluminium, but I wish they hadn’t bothered as they corrode quickly and the paint bubbles. The GRP panels are helpful as they are dent resistant and don’t rust, along with a galvanised chassis that means rust isn’t too much

Im in the UK, and I think this would work up to a point. There are many tuning companies that also rebrand their vehicles alongside improving it in other ways. If I saw one of these (and hadn’t read this article), I would assume it was something similar...until I got home and googled it. So, to really acheive at this,

The F1 was only the most expensive car until 1998, when the Mercedes CLK GTR came out at around £1,000,000. The McLaren I believe cost around £635,000.
Just sayin’

So, let me get this straight, we have removed the need to do anything (like press a button on the remote) but be near the car in order to unlock it, but, because bad people might take advantage of it, we have to put it in a special device - like a crisp packet - in order to stop bad people stealing the cars? So, we

Surprised you didn’t mention use a rear facing seat as long as possible - in Scandinavian countries you have to use a rear facing seat until age 4 - for children that small it makes a big difference to their neck in the event of an impact, although most times not likely to be a matter of life and death, could prevent

I was going to say the same thing (including that I didn’t read the article), when I saw patrick said it was in the article, I read the rest of the article, and have this to add: If they do ban driven cars, they will first mandate that all new cars must be driverless, then say, 10 years later, they will ban using the

All employment has contracts (even if its not written down), and in the UK there are notice periods, so, unless you are on a zero hours contract, there will be a notice period, which is usually 4 weeks plus 1 week for each year you have worked for that company over 4 years, upto 12 weeks (ie. if you have been there

I have noticed that if someone does bother to close the door, theres a good chance the window is left open (especially if there was a shot of the person when they were in the car - as windows mean reflections), and locking rarely happens, but if it does its with an unrealistic ‘blip-blip’ noise that no car has ever

Im in the UK, there is no ‘mandatory hours’, I was taught by my dad, I drove everywhere I went for 10 weeks, and then took my test. It went OK, until I had the emergency stop. Now, traditionally, the examiner would hit the dashboard to indicate the time to suddenly stop. (For those not in the UK, you would first pull

Don’t forget the wordless instructions with unreferenced diagrams which only make sense after you gave up and figured it out yourself, and take twice the number of people and 4x the time stated!

The business model of most flights is to sell as many first and/or business class seats to rich people and businesses who can foot the bill, you then sell the rest (majority of the seats) for whatever you can get using algortihims online that constantly change the price with the aim being that you sell out without

Many people have mentioned that CPU’s are limited, however this practice of not getting use of something you physically have is actually quite prevalent in the auto-industry. My dad had a base model i10 which had heated seats - but no switch!, similarly the wiring for front spotlights is usually in place, all that is

Yes, because his main concern would be voiding the warranty on his unidentifiable part of his non-functioning car.

You can’t always, the first new car my dad bought was a Hyundai i10, he bought it on scrappage (our equivalent of cash for clunkers), the base price with discount was £5000 - but he couldn’t get a red one, he had to pay around £500 - or 10% more, for metallic paint, which he didn’t want.

I have read other stories about

The new TG is not the lowest viewer ratings in its ‘40 year history’, pre-clarkson (and i dont mean the reboot, I mean when he was originally on) they had much lower figures, as this article on his departure states

THANK YOU! I feel the same, there are so many hyper-cars coming out that it’s hard to keep up, there probably nearly as many hypercars a year as there were in the whole of the 90's. Really limited run cars, particularly lambos, are just like one of their regular cars with a ridiculous body kit, they bring so many out

I disagree with your assessment of the Sunbeam case, the picture in the video doesn’t really describe a ‘fair’ car, based on the websites description. The new owner has put in alot of time and money into the car, and to be honest, there are lots of examples of cars that if you restore them (particularly in the last

His job is being a youtube content creator - he has 9 people working with him, they do make money from it. However, his dad is very rich I believe, this doesn’t mean thats where he gets his money from, but rich people tend to have rich connections, and rich people have expensive cars, so he can get more access to cars

I like Doug, although completely get why lots of people don’t. He doesn’t know that much about cars, but if you don’t find him too annoying atleast he makes reasonably entertaining and interesting videos and you don’t need to be interested in the car to enjoy it (some videos are so dull they are only good if you
