When you sit in a court of law day in and day out, it’s easy to forget that your litigants are human beings with lives outside of the justice system. Seriously though, eating vegetarian a few days a week is easy and a great way to make an impact on the environment. I was vegetarian for a few years before I found affordable sources of clean food, you won’t miss the meat. If you’ve never heard of the Flexitarian Diet, it’s a good place to start :)
