I don’t know, this post is the first time I’m hearing of it. Last season she seemed mortified to be associated with Kelly. Maybe she wasn’t bluffing?

I’m sure it’s a better alternative to methadone. But if you’ve been on suboxone for almost 2 years, you don’t really get to say you’re clean. My co-worker’s boyfriend is in that boat. And she talks about him like he’s finally kicked his drug habit. Except he hasn’t.
I’m not in NJ but I’m close enough to see those Chris Christie ads. I roll my eyes every time I see them pop up.
In my local area, suburban and mostly white, residents only started to care when the neighborhood crime started to pick up about 18 months ago. People going into unlocked cars looking for money or small…
You brought up another good point. My area has large numbers of people who aren’t actively using heroine, but are now dependent on suboxone. And now heroine is being cut with fentanyl, they’re od’ing as soon as they relapse.
My dad had a tooth pulled a couple of years ago, and the dentist gave him a script for a week’s worth of oxy. For a pulled tooth! Blows my mind how careless the dentist was handing out such strong medication. My dad never filled the script and stuck with advil for a couple of days.
My area has been hit hard with…
Agreed, Catherine falls into the something-is-wrong category. Addiction is a real issue, and I don’t need to be a witness to someone dealing with it in their private life. But being on this show is probably her only real option of income at this point, which is depressing to think about.
I go back and forth on…
I don’t mind the drama. As long as it’s petty and stupid, and not legitimate something-is-wrong (i.e. NY Kelly on Scary Island, the entire RHNJ family-realted disaster, and this OC Kelly chick). Right now I’m using Southern Charm and Below Deck Med to fill in the gap left by my beloved VPR.
Totally understand. I currently feel that way about RHONY. It’s boring, and I am regretting investing as much time as I already have into this season. I’m too far in to give it up.
I didn’t realize there was a second book! I only read “A bit of a Blur”. Reading about the debauchery of playing in a band = yes please. I don’t know if I can read an entire book about cheese.
I’ve already decided I’m out. Keeping Kelly, bringing back the boring Lydia, and no FancyPants = crossing it off my watch list.
Did you read Alex James’ book? It was delightful. It helps that he is very pretty to look at.
Aahh, Tender still makes my heart skip an extra beat. I would play it on one of those digital juke box things at a bar I used to hang out at. All of the regulars hated it, especially because it was over 7 minutes long. But the bartender smiled and chuckled every time I picked it.
I’m in the same boat. I like knowing I have that “income” as a back-up if I suddenly found myself unemployed.
That’s the first person I thought of. But I wouldn’t consider her a “TV” person.
I thought I was the only one weirdly attracted to this new Lucas Neff. I’ll watch this show just for the potential of more of his shower scenes.
It’s surprising delightful. I thought the concept sounded silly, but it was both funny and thoughtful.
I have tickets for October and I’m crossing all my fingers and toes that Bette will still be in the show by then.
Yes, this info should be at the top.
