Yes, the few times I’ve had it was because the other stuff the doctors tried wasn’t working. Someone in an ER specifically asking for it would make me suspicious.

Well, dilaudid is amazing...

The ump trying not to laugh was my favorite part.

I love Andy Richter. He had an IG post a few weeks ago telling people to buy Lindy West's new book. His wife is also amazing.

That thing terrifies me every time I see it.

But was it lupus?

The problem is your insurance company, not the healthcare providers. (The problem is every insurance company, not just BC). As someone said in a different thread, insurance companies are always changing which providers are in-network. Expecting the healthcare providers to know their status for every single plan

No. Someone sitting at the front desk will not know off the top of their head which of the 100+ plans they participate in for a specific insurance company. It’s your insurance plan. You are responsible for knowing what you’re paying for. The past 12 months I have been to more doctors than any sane person should have

My mom did the same thing for my grandmother. Was extremely helpful during a couple of ER visits when I was the one taking her. Mom had grandma’s medical history memorized, me not so much. It came in handy to be able to just hand the nurse the index card.

But it’s not just as simple as saying “Yes, we accept Aetna (or BCBS, or UN). I have Aetna through my employer. When I log onto my account and have to choose which specific plan I have, there are over a hundred of them. No provider is going to be able to reasonably keep track of hundreds of plans, for each insurance

Yes, that one reminded me of any and all interactions with a toddler.

You should check out his live album called the "John Mayer Trio". More blues and less pop.

I just went to a baby shower on Saturday and enjoyed as much free champagne punch as I could handle. That was the highlight of the afternoon for me.

I'm willing to give her one more season. She's divorced now and has a chance for a new storyline. Yo is a single girl now, imagine her going on dates with various international rich men.

So many stupid ruffles! Why do they do that?

*cough* Old Navy *cough*

I bought one of his dresses. It doesn't quite fit up top, but it's made well with quality fabric so it's worth getting tailored.

Thank goodness you translated. I can usually follow along with the Cher-Language, but I thought she was having a stroke after reading this one.

Doesn’t this policy just restrict certain aspects of the clubs, not ban them outright? Women can still participate and be members of a single-sex club. I didn’t go to an Ivy, and my small school didn't have any sort of formal Greek presence. I guess I don’t understand why this is such a problem. It seems a lot more

Thanks for your input!
